Description

a WIP of my new character Ollie and his dog who is simply named Dog. Ollie is short for Oliver. Also a pun b/c he likes to skateboard. This is Ollie and Dog running/skating and a rainbow wave forming behind them and their sides close to the wave are all splattered with color :'D I'm going to do it digitally once I get my new tablet~
